Refund Policy

Legal DNA tests

Any refund must be requested in writing by fax, email, or US mail.

A $75 fee (US) or $100 fee (international cases) will be assessed if LabCorp has already scheduled appointments for sample collection.

Once samples have been collected, no refunds will be issued.

Samples must be received and tested within 1 year of your order. After 1 year, your order will be canceled, any fees will be assessed, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

At-home collections

Any refund must be requested in writing by fax, email, or US mail.

A $75 fee will be assessed if LabCorp has shipped your sample collection kits.

Once samples have been received in the lab, no refunds will be issued.

All samples must be received and tested within six months of the kit's ship date. At the end of six months, your order will be canceled, any fees will be assessed, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
